In our hostel, we believe: Travel should be accessible to everyone – while also being environmentally friendly. Under the title "Conscious," we demonstrate how we break down barriers and take responsibility for our planet. Our commitment has already been rewarded with an award three times.

Our team ensures that guests with different needs can enjoy their stay comfortably and worry-free. The following accessible offerings are available to us:

• Step-free access to the building
• Elevator to all relevant floors
• A spacious wheelchair-accessible double room with extra-wide doors, a level-access shower, grab bars, and a shower seat. Emergency call system at the bed and in the bathroom
• Accessible toilet in public areas
• Lowered reception area for pleasant communication
• Disabled parking directly in front of the building
• Support from trained staff

Sustainable stays – conscious actions

We want your stay to be not only pleasant but also environmentally friendly. Therefore, we focus on sustainable processes in our hostel – and invite you to support us in this. This includes, for example:

• Efficient energy and water management throughout the hostel
• Waste separation and recycling according to clear standards
• Use of ecological cleaning agents
• Reduction of single-use plastics and packaging
• Issuing the Bodenseecard West for environmentally friendly arrival and travel using public transport
• Paperless check-in (invoice via email, digital guest card, no paper registration forms)

Sustainability works best when we all participate. That’s why we give our guests the opportunity to contribute themselves.

Your contribution:

• Already when booking, you can choose that no daily room cleaning occurs during your stay – saving water, electricity, and cleaning agents.
• Groups booking a lunch package should bring their own lunchboxes and water bottles – this helps avoid unnecessary packaging.
• In our recycling station, you can easily and conveniently sort your waste yourself.
